A 5.0% ABV Amber Beer, full bodied and well rounded, with a moderately bitter flavour. Amber in colour with bronze overtones, this lager is another example of the brewery's exceptional capabilities.
Perfectly balanced
Ambrata, as the name would suggest, is characterized by it’s warm, amber colour. Reminiscent of the warm sky’s during a Biella sunset. It is sweet on the palate, with an intense aroma of toasted malt and a dry finish, well balanced by the use of noble hops. Pairs beautifully well with rice, chicken and cheese dishes.
